Terms and Conditions
I understand either the full tuition or a $450 Non-Refundable deposit is due at the time of registration to reserve a place in the class I have selected. I further understand tuition must be paid in full prior to the start date of the class. If I elect to pay the Non-Refundable Deposit, I understand I will be charged an addition $50 processing fee.
I understand in the event I cannot attend class, I may substitute another person in my place prior to the class start. I will notify Seattle Research Partners in writing of the substitution.
If I wish to receive a refund, I must submit a written request for cancellation at least FIVE business days prior to the class start. I understand if my written cancellation is within FOUR or fewer business days before the start of the course, I will not receive a full-refund. If I have received course materials prior to the start of class and have requested a refund, an additional materials fee will be deducted from my refund.
In order to receive a Certificate of Completion for this course, I understand I must meet the attendance/participation requirements spelled out in the Course Policies. I understand all required course work is due on or before the last scheduled class.
