About Our Program

In collaboration with Seattle Pacific University (SPU) we have designed a program that is different from all the rest because our  SHRM certified instructors bring a wealth of practical and well-rounded experience to the class room.  They meet SPU's exacting standards for faculty.  Our course are highly interactive providing opportunities for learners to interact with other HR professionals.

Our optional Saturday School, held three times during the course, is designed to enrich your learning experience and help you gain confidence in your knowledge of Human Resources.  This unique study experience is designed to teach you to  think strategically about the body of  HR knowledge and apply it to the exam.  Click on the link to the left to learn more about this great learning opportunity.

Upon successful completion of the course, candidates will receive the Certificate of Completion from SHRM. For those taking the course for re-certification purposes, successful completion will result in the awarding of 30 HR re-certification credit hours.

We feel so strongly that our program is the absolute best opportunity for you to increase your professional expertise, if you do not pass the PHR or SPHR examination you are invited to retake the course, at no cost to you, so long as you enroll the next quarter. **New this year! Our newly created Blended Course may be just the type of course you are looking for to fit your busy schedule. We combine 5 face to face sessions held on February 20, March 6, 20, April 3 and 17 from 9 until noon with five weeks of "on line" discussion and learning opportunities designed to reinforce your class room experience. These classes will be held in Everett.

All weekday courses run from 6 until 9 p.m.
