Training for and competing in sprint triathlons is just one of the many things Jani is committed to. According to her, she plans to compete as long as she can walk.

Managing her consulting practice around the activities of her busy husband and children is one of those things Jani simply does and does well. Paying attention to detail and taking care of others is something that comes naturally to her. She loves the outdoors; balancing snow skiing in the winter with bike riding in the summer; that is when she isn't reading a good book.

Jani, also a founding partner, specializes in human resource consulting, with an emphasis in compensation programs. She also teaches in our certification program. An avid learner, Jani immerses herself in understanding each of our client's unique needs, their culture and traits so that she is able to help them explore and discover solutions that solve their unique problems.
