It may have been looking at the world from the 14,408 foot level of Mount Rainer or perhaps it is his unwavering belief that the "Pack is Back" that gives Jim his passion for the power of strategic thinking, acting and learning. He is one of those rare individuals who are born to teach and does so with enthusiasm, passion and intense preparation. Jim is an avid sports fan, outdoor enthusiast and a really great dad.
As a founding partner in our firm, Jim guides our consulting practice and is the principal instructor for many of the courses we offer. He provides consulting in a wide variety of areas from executive coaching, strategic thinking, acting and learning to the development of leaning programs that build individual and organizational capacity for our clients.
Jim is a full-time Clinical Professor at Seattle Pacific University, School of Business & Economics.
