Courses We Offer

We believe each of us is born with a life-long desire to learn. And we learn best when we have the opportunity to participate in learning experiences with others. 

We also believe organizations must continually strive to develop individual and collective capacity to understand the complex, challenging and profound issues we face today and into the future.

In collaboration with Seattle Pacific University, we are pleased to offer a variety of Professional Certification Programs designed to provide practitioners with the tangible learning opportunities they need to continue to build their professional portfolios. We are pleased to be the only nationally recognized PHR/SPHR/GPHR certification program in the Pacific Northwest. Students who take our course are well prepared to be successful on the national certification exams.

We have designed a number of courses that enable PHR/SPHR/GPHR certified Human Resource professionals to obtain recertification credits through HRCI. Courses that meet HRCI rigorous recertification requirements are provided through our PEAK Learning™ program.

In addition to the recertification courses, we offer a number of courses through our PEAK Learning™ program designed to build capacity for effective action in individuals, teams, and organizations.  Many of these courses are open to the public or can be brought in-house and customized to meet the needs of our clients.
